Author Guidelines

Authors are required to submit their papers via the journal's online platform.  All guidelines are available on the main journal page. 

  1. All submissions must follow the prescribed sample template, which can be accessed on the Word docx button. 

  2. Additionally, authors have to signed an Author Declaration and publication agreement along with their submission (this declaration shall be signed electronically by the acknowledgement of the corresponding author).

Upon receipt, submitted papers undergo an initial review to ensure they meet the journal’s formal requirements and thematic focus. Submissions that do not align with the journal’s scope or fail to meet the formal criteria will be rejected. Papers that comply with these requirements proceed to the Editorial Board for Desk Review. If they pass this stage, they are subjected to a blind peer review by at least two independent reviewers.

 

Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

  • This submission meets the requirements outlined in the Author's Guidelines and Template requirements.
  • This submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration.
  • All references have been checked for accuracy and completeness.
  • All tables and figures have been numbered and labeled.
  • Permission has been obtained to publish all photos, datasets and other material provided with this submission.
  • Corresponding author has electronically signed an Author Declaration and publication agreement on behalf of the co-authors.
